Katie grew up in Brownsburg, IN and attended Purdue University for undergrad then Indiana University for medical school. She and her husband both matched at U of Louisville and moved down south together.

In her free time, you’ll find her tending her garden (both indoors and outdoors!) and hiking all over the Louisville trail system! She loves going to the Derby, going to musicals and ballets, and checking out the local bourbon scene.
